This weekend is the annual Pro Bowl for the National Football League, and that means star athletes are coming from all over the country to come and compete against each other in a number of All-Star events. Players like Houston Texans quarterback, Deshauns Watson, and MVP favorite Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens are just two of the bright stars attending this weekend. With fun games such as dodgeball, precision passing, and threading the needle, the Pro Bowl is a light hearted and fun event for the athletes and the fans.

The weekend wraps up with the actual game which takes the best of the best from both the NFC and the AFC to find out which is superior. Fans, players, and coaches from around the league vote for each player to fill out the rosters. It is considered a high honor and is a point of recognition when it comes to Hall of Fame voting after the players retire. Some people find All-Star games boring and pointless, but I love them and can’t wait for the game!
