Special Teams Player 1 – Rodrigo Blankenship
Rodrigo Blankenship may be a kicker, but he was a key member on the Georgia Bulldogs teams including the team that made the National Championship Game in 2017. He has consistently been one of the best kickers I college football since he stepped foot on campus. In 2019 he solidified his position as best kicker by winning the Lou Groza Award.

Blankenship was excellent this year, making 81.8% of his field goal attempts and 100% of his extra points. His long was 50 yards and racked up 127 points in 2019. When it comes to the draft Rodrigo will most likely fall to the later rounds. Most teams don’t draft kickers with valuable picks. Unless some team takes a chance like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers did with Roberto Aguayo, I doubt Rodrigo gets picked before day 3.
